We would love someone from a start-up background, who is used to agile projects, rather than a big IT SI company, who has handled multi-year projects. Responsibility : - The Head of Technology of Xerago will be responsible for guiding, conceptualization, vision and roadmaps to the internal engineering team and to Xerago clients on leveraging relevant technology to accomplish their vision and goals. - The person will be responsible for everything - from architecture to planning and platform recommendations. The Head of Technology will also be part of the Leadership Team at Xerago, responsible for influencing the growth of the organization. - The Head of Technology will lead a team of 25 - 40 people in the core engineering team, and also partner with the extended team of over 300 engineers, analysts, creative professionals, modellers, and implementation consultants. - The Head of Technology will be responsible for solving complex technology challenges, recruitment, team-building and motivation, customer evangelization, technology solutioning, and generally be the technology custodian of the organization.
