Job Description:
Rishabh Software is looking to hire a Project Manager to join our growing management team. The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day Project/delivery of Agile development projects. The role will take responsibility for delivering at least one ongoing software development project including financial management. The role is heavily client focusing and will involve engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Min 10 Years of Technical Experience in Java/J2EE technologies with Min 5 years of experience as Java/J2EE Technical Manager
• Very Strong technical exposure in Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate/Toplink, EJB, REST, SOAP, etc.
• Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams as needed
• Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production
• Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
• Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects
• Deliver products consistently, on time and on budget
• Provide guidance and insight to upper management
• Review all work
• Ensure code produced meets company standards
• Conduct regular status meetings with all necessary stakeholders
• Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
• Communicates and enforces coding standards
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and help with training of new staff
• Well versed with Agile Methodology and aware of all the associated practices
• Mentor team as and when required
• Aware of Has knowledge of system design and related principles
• Good verbal/written communication, Analytical/problem solving skills,
• Having very good communication skills.
