WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL WHO CAN EVALUATE CANDIDATES ON FOLLOWING SKILLS 1) 10+ years of experience in IT including at least 3 years in Architecture roles on fairly large CRM implementation that includes workflows, customization 2) Experience in defining & realizing end-to-end Solution Architecture for large & complex systems 3) Must have strong functional & technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM /Dynamics 365 (on Premise & Cloud) 4) Proven Knowledge of standard workflows, out of box feature of MS Dynamics CRM, Plug-in development, CRM form programming (scripting), C#, .NET, JavaScript and Custom workflow assembly development 5) Hands on experience in C# .Net, Java Script, MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, FetchXML 6) Experience in system and performance analysis is a plus 7) Experience in managing and contributing to pre-sales activities like proposal creation, presentation etc. 8) Up-to date on latest trends in CRM and related areas like Social media marketing, email-marketing 9) Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling customer independently 10) Strong customer focus â€" expertise in understanding customer needs (stated and unstated) and provide possible alternatives 11) Ability to build & maintain strong customer, partner and team relationship 12) Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills 13) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 14) Support Team building and drive organizational initiatives We are looking for strong technical professional who have good Communication skill with prior interviewing experience who can work on part time basis after office hours and in their free time including weekends who would be interested in conducting Technical Video interviews.
