Work Location: Millers Road, Bangalore.
Experience level: 7-12 years.
Role: Java Tech Lead.
Job Requisite:
7+ of years experience in to Java-J2EE Designing /Architetcturing.
Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Web services, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script.
Good Knowledge in Oracle or any RDBMS.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Hands on experience in Weblogic/Websphere servers.
Provide hands-on development and mentoring for development team.
Prototype, validate and create specific application solutions for the business.
Effective coordination with team/project stakeholder management, ability to have business/technical discussion with clients.
Effective end to end execution of project from requirement phase till PROD deployment phase.
Secondary Skills:
Experience with Telecom domain.
Exposure to REST, SOA concepts.
Responsibilities:
Technically lead a team and own technical of delivery of the project right from impact analysis, Design to development.
Provide estimates for project requirements.
Develop and review design documents, ensure right design and solution is implemented.
Liaise with client for impact analysis and design/code reviews.
Drive design, code reviews and ensure right patterns and standards are used.
Resolve & guide the dev team on technical issues faced during design & development.
Identify and propose technical improvements/efficiencies.
Carryout POC for new technology/product/concepts.
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA.
