Technically strong and have capability to drive business requirements into technical solutions. He/She should have a proven record of delivering projects on time with high quality. He/She should have good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of agile software development is a plus.
Skills:
* Problem solving skills through Innovation
* Independently driving design from concept to implementation
* Collaborating, Leading, Mentoring and inspiring other team members on design best practices.
* Ability to simplify and minimize processes to ensure quality and system homogeneity
* Clear understanding of OS Fundamentals. Working experience of Unix/Linux/CentOS is a plus
* Ability to research options to solve business needs and assess the feasibility and risk associated with proposed solutions
* Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal skills desire to work closely with teammates
* Evangelism skills to mentor other team members
Experience:
* Experience in architecting, designing, implementing large-scale, Enterprise/Web-based software products
* Expert knowledge of Core Java, Java Enterprise Edition
* Experience in Java Script, CSS, HTML5, JSON, XML, Web Services is a plus
* Exposure to refactoring and re-engineering of large enterprise applications and good understanding of functional aspects is an added advantage
* Good knowledge of design patterns
