Exp: 8+ years
Sal: upto 15 LPA (Expectation should not be more than 30% hike)
Relocation allowance and 7 days of free accommodation provided by the company for outstation candidates.
Responsibilities:
Drive analytics development strategy, road map and profitability of products -- setting clear goals foranalytic development team by partnering with SMEs, consulting teams and clients
Establish effective relationships with internal analytics, consulting, research teams and other key stakeholders to quickly bring products, tools and models to market
Understand the market need, competitive landscape; Identify differentiators and opportunities for our products/solutions
Identify metrics and success criteria that product team members should be tracking, to help ensure transparency and visibility to program success and opportunities for improvement Requesting analyses to inform backlogs and product roadmaps
Advocating product with internal customers and leading demos with prospective clients
Education, Experience and Skills required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT and Analytics
Understanding of healthcare, finance or energysectors and experience in bringing products to market is preferred
8 to 10 years experience working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups
Technically strong to answer questions on feasibility, timelines and help guide analytics design
Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic environment, using analytic and quantitative capabilities to drive product decisions
Experienced, confident presenter that can command expertise and credibility with executive and client-facing audiences; that can drive team and stakeholders to effective decisions or consensus
Ability to look ahead, anticipate future consequences and product trends accurately; has broad knowledge and perspective and is future oriented
Adaptability as both an effective team member and manager - through initiative and flexibility in team goal orientation; and adapting approach and/or goals to quickly-changing environmentand business demands
Passion for providing analytic solutions, with empathy for the user of our products and services
Strong problem solving skills with energy & enthusiasm for solving unknowns
Superior project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with data scientists, engineers and managing 3 to 5 member team
Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle), statistical software (SAS, R), BI/ Analytics (Spotfire, Tableau) platforms and SQL is highly preferred
