We are excited to offer you Freelance Interviewer opportunity which is entirely remote and does not require a full-time engagement with the organization and can be pursued along with your current profession.
We would like to use your expertise to interview candidates, which will be video interviews.
Interviewer Background:
• Minimum of 10+ years of IT Experience.
• Good exposure on Business Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions
• Experience in BI developer who is a key player in implementing our Business Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Build ETL procedures with SSIS.
• Develop & support reports, dashboards and visualizations. (SSIS, SSRS).
• Be experienced with SQL, ETL and BI technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI and/or DW technologies.
The Role you will pay:
Technical Interviewer/Freelancer-Technical Interview panel
Conducting technical interviews based on matching skill sets.
Assessing candidates thoroughly on different skill sets.
Note: Interviews will be done on our Monjin Video Interview platform
Pay - out / Remuneration: -
The first interview taken by you will be demo interview with live candidates and will be showcased to expert panel. Once they approve you will start getting remunerated from the 2nd interview onwards.
Rs 500 for 20 mins - 25 mins each Interview
Rs 750 for 40 min - 45 mins each Interview
Rs 1000 for 50 min - 60 mins each Interview.
* Pay - out is monthly basis and subject to 10 % TDS deduction. TDS certificates and form -16 are shared on quarterly basis. Interviews are aligned as per time slots provided / availability given by the Interviewer.
