We have been retained by our client to recruit Director, Business Development - Software Testing Services with 12 to 17 Yrs exp

Job Title: Director, Business Development - Software Testing Services

Responsibilities:

* Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
* Should generate sales leads and close sales deals from customers in Bangalore in the area of Software Testing Services and Solutions
* Achieve gross margins of 40% or more
* Leading all sales activity in the company and help open new accounts
* Should create strategies and plans to open new accounts for Software Testing Services and Solutions
* Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
* Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the management
* Build strong and strategic relationships with clients
* Coordinate with the delivery team in ensuring the lead is converted into business and the project is kick started
* Should be ready to make cold calls as and when necessary
* Should benchmark with competitors and adjust targets based on these insights
* Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
* Should be ready to make cold calls as and when necessary

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

* Extensive sales experience in Software Testing Services and Solutions
* Should have very good reach in the industry and have credibility and good sales track record in the past
* New business acquisition, handling the complete sales lifecycle
* Should be very energetic and highly target oriented
* Spend a significant portion of time in the field with prospects / clients to understand their needs in depth
* Should have the charisma and personality to converse one-on-one with CXOs, Project Managers and Vendors Managers of current and potential customers
