Job description as follows:
Strong skills in .Net 4.0 /3.5 (ASP .Net), MVC 3 / 4, WCF, Windows Services, Enterprise Application Blocks, .Net Entity Framework, LINQ, Oracle / SQL Server, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, XLS, Telluric controls, Crystal Reports
* Extensive knowledge and experience in web application (ASP.NET), WCF Services and Windows services (Multi-threading) using C#.
* Prepare and review program specifications based on technical and design specifications from the manager.
* Able to work in various development methodologies, Preferably with Scrum Agile
* Make modifications to the programs to ensure that the program meets the specifications and conforms to the overall system.
* Experience with performance tuning of Application and Database
* Drive projects individually and ensuring time bound and qualitative delivery of projects.
* Experience in Build and release activities
* Experience in building and integrating solutions in websites, intranets, knowledge portals and other online product / solutions
* Experience in peer code review
* A strong understanding of Enterprise Application architecture
* A strong understanding of Design Patterns
* Assists in defining requirements, evaluating products and selecting commercial components and overseeing the development of custom components.
* Assists with determining the impact of technical trends on the project.
* Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
People:
* Minimum 2 years of Experience as Architect and designing
* Ability to work well with a team, work optimally under scheduled deadlines, and have passion for delivering high quality output
* Good problem solving skills
Overall Role purpose:
Plans tasks, directs and supports resources, and monitors and tracks progress for projects or a defined portion of a project. Ensures the assigned deliverables are created within the constraints of the specified schedule, quality, and cost parameters. Performs as senior member of project team and junior member of management staff.
