Job description:
Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience leading complex product development programs and responsible for overall performance for assigned applications ecosystem. Client facing role to devise innovative technology solutions.
12+ years of experience on Application Design, Development & Maintenance of technology solutions in Java Enterprise and Mobile Apps with high level of complexity
Strong knowledge on software architecture, Design principles, Automation
Experience in modelling techniques and tools
Extensive experience in designing cloud based solutions in Java and related technologies on Azure/AWS including microservices, server-less apps, machine learning APIs etc.
Experience designing and building cloud native applications as well as Cloud migration
In depth knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
Extensive experience in database design, Enterprise Desktop and Web application design
Re-engineering solutions in Java stack is critical.
Hands-on at Middleware setup, configuration (Jboss EAP, BPM, ESB/Fuse, MQ etc)
Hands-on at J2EE frameworks (Spring MVC, hibernate, EJB, CDI, JPA, REST, Struts, caching etc)
Hands-on at UI framework (JSF, Richfaces, AJAX,JQUERY)
Hands-on at Database design, logical design Entity, domain model, normalization, performance tuning (Oracle, MYSQL, MSSQL etc)
Hands-on at Integration(B2B, Messaging Protocols)
Hands-on with Android and Hybrid Mobile application development
Knowledge on iOS mobile app development
Experience on Elastic search,
Solid understanding of any of the UI frameworks like Angular JS, JQuery etc.
Strong knowledge on platform best practices and various tools available for test/debugging and application building
Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, moderation and conflict resolution skills
Solid analysis, documentation, and client-facing skills
A strong curiosity about our clients business needs coupled with a passion to stay on the cutting edge
Candidate will:
Be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions
Provide technical leadership to project teams to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
Identify architecture alternatives and measuring the cost/benefit of all of them
Provide support and direction within a constantly changing environment within the context of a dynamic ever-changing business
Be responsible for Understanding and challenging the requirements with the initiatives owners and users
Ensure that the architecture strategic view, roadmap, rules and principals are taken into account in the actual projects and designed solutions
