Minimum of 4 year experience as a Cloud consultant/developer. Fluent in English  Position responsibilities and expectations Design of Product that is functional in a Cloud environment with a focus on AWS and demonstrate Technical Cloud Architectural knowledge, playing a vital role in the design of production, staging, QA and development Cloud Infrastructures running in 24x7 environments with high transactional volume. Delivery of Cloud Strategies, aligned with Acqueon’s business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations of existing product lines. Provide leadership in product and infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud including implementation of AWS within in large federated environments involving other cloud solutions and enterprise software running in private cloud environment. Nurture Cloud computing expertise internally and externally to drive Cloud Adoption and cost optimization Technology assessments (covering for example Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, NoSQL etc.) and executing proof of concepts to assess the value of Big Data use cases. Need to architect modern data solutions in a hybrid environment of traditional and modern data technologies and build as well as implement architecture roadmaps for next generation Big Data Analytics solutions for the upcoming product lines. Tasks also include assessing and defining tactical and strategic opportunities to enable product management team to achieve new business capabilities through the use of Big Data and traditional tools and technologies. As a platform Architect lead and consult the product management and engineering team in full lifecycle product development from requirements analysis, platform selection, technical architecture design, application design and development till testing and deployment. We also expect as an architect you to be involved in sales cases of Cloud and Information Management work, adopting, utilizing and further developing Acqueon’s Cloud and Information Management approaches, methodologies and assets and actively participate in related Big Data communities and technology forums.  Degrees/Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology Relevant Industry certifications such on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Consulting skills required Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility in how to design, deploy and operate cloud based Architectures. Strong written, verbal and chalk board skills Strong experience in applications design, development and maintenance Solid knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts Experience in working in Agile development methodology is valued. Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and data center infrastructures. Experience in platform and cloud migrations Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis Solid technical expertise & troubleshooting skills Ability to work with team members from around the globe / experience working with off-shore models.
