We are looking for for IOS developers for one of our client in Bangalore
Job description
Responsibilities:
Design, architect, develop, test, release and maintain various components of iOS application.
Build unit tests to ensure high quality of features developed.
Work in scrum teams - understand, clarify, and shape requirements, and to translate these into technical designs for the product.
Have fun, experiment, and work smartly to deliver best in class enterprise iOS phone, tablet and iOS watch products.
Must have:
An engineering degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Instrumentations / Telecommunications.
Real world experience building real world applications with sound engineering practices.
Experience and expertise in iOS development APIs/Frameworks like Cocoa Touch, Cocoa, Core Data, Core Foundation, Core Graphics
Experience and expertise in implementing cocoa concepts like delegates, protocols, categories, extensions, core-data, local notifications, push-notifications etc.
Experience in app memory management, multi-threading, networking.
Experience in writing unit tests using Swift/Objective C
Detailed technical experience with Objective C/Swift, iOS tools, iOS internals
Working experience with REST APIs and other APIs that connect remote APIs with complex interfaces
Experience with data sync and storage protocols
Experience with multi-threading applications (dealing with locks, queues, deadlocks).
Working knowledge of encryption and authentication technology in iOS or a strong passion to learn.
Working knowledge on the fundamentals of networking, operating systems, and security
Strong debug-skills, troubleshooting skills across integrated platforms and systems
Experience with how to diagnose and fix memory and performance issues.
Experience in development and implementation of E2E iOS applications including code-signing, provisioning and app-store release process
5+ years of object-oriented software development experience
4+ years building iOS applications in Objective-C/Swift on iOS 8/9 SDK, Xcode, Cocoa pods, Grand Dispatch, Auto layout
4+ years mobile application development at the platform and system levels
Good to have:
Experience building and releasing software on iPhone, iPad, and interest in developing software for the Apple Watch and other wearables.
Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent design sense and an eye for simple and elegant user interfaces
Deep understanding of iOS UX and UI design paradigms
Familiarity and experience with Agile (scrum) development process
Understanding of data modeling and design patterns.
Experience with iOS UI prototyping best practices and knowledge working with Interface builder
