Skills Required
Extensive experience in OOPS technology (JAVA J2EE Platform).
Has experience in design, development and implementation of web based applications using open source technologies like Spring Core, IOC, AOP, Java Beans, JAXB & JDBC.
Experience with server side technologies like SOA, Web Services, Jersey REST, WSDL, SOAP
Experience in defining architectures in SOA style and implement SOA governance
Solid understanding and practical knowledge of architecture concepts, industry standards (e.g.TOGAF) and best practices.
Derives Non-functional requirements to balance between business ambitions and implementation feasibility and drives implementation
Experienced in implementing and Tuning systems for high performance and validating against SLAs
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
