Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Experience in developing and publishing custom web applications using Microsoft .NET Framework and C# with the Visual Studio Integrated Development environment.
Experience with SharePoint technologies. Should be able to architect applications in either .net or SharePoint space.
Experience architecting business applications based on requirements and work with onshore teams to evolve the architecture.
Development or the ability to learn development of rich internet applications using HTML 5 or Silverlight
Develops and ensures the implementation of technical specifications and core technical code to integrate systems and applications.
Assesses system integration needs, researches and architects solutions, and implements those solutions with performance, accuracy, and integrity in mind.
Creates and consumes web services to integrate with SAP ERP and other Business systems. Previous experience with SAP integration is a good plus.
Ensures/responsible for completeness of the documentation, deployment procedures, monitoring and support processes, security policies, configuration maintenance, and best practices for each component of the integration architecture.
Works with IT Solution Program/Project Managers and Enterprise IT Systems/Operations to architect and design integrated business applications.
Works, Monitors, guides and collaborates well with other developers. Must be a good team leader as well as a good team player.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong object oriented concepts with exposure to various design patterns.
Excellent knowledge of Visual studio including Team foundation and its components.
Should have very good experience with MS SQL server. Should be able to write complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, CLR Procedures, SSIS packages.
At least 7+ years of proven development experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn, grow, and expand in responsibilities. This should reflect in previous experience.
Experience in building business applications, preferably for a systems manufacturing company.
Knowledge of Service oriented architecture and ability to abstract functional business issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ensures, Responsible for completeness of all SDLC stages is required.
Education Required:
B. Tech/MCA with an emphasis in Computer Science or Information System preferred
