We have an exciting senior level assignment with one of our clients based out of Bangalore, kindly find below a small write up for the same.
Position: PLM Architect - Bangalore
This position is for Applications Architect in Engineering Lifecycle Technology. This includes providing Technical & Functional expertise in Teamcenter & PLM related initiatives, creating strategy/Roadmaps for Future, Solving P&A Issues. PLM Architect should have 8-12 yrs exp in TeamCenter Unified Customization with strong exp in C/C++ /Java etc.
Responsibilities :
- Create & Own Technical Strategy for Teamcenter & PLM activities.
- Provide Technical Expertise on Teamcenter Implementation in different modules to a pool of Projects
- Provide Functional consultation in PLM Processes (BOM, Change Management etc) and also enable the growth of knowledge for the Team
- Proactively explore new technologies to improve the development process and optimize solutions delivery to business
- Architect, design, prototype, and engineer PLM/Teamcenter Integrations
- Own & Solve performance & availability Issues in different Teamcenter Implementations, Serve as a go to person for complex issues that may arise in Production/QA/DEV environments.
Skills Required
- Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Computer Science/Information Technology/ or equivalent)
- Must have 6+ years experience in Teamcenter Unified
- Minimum 4+ years of IT experience with good exposure to Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of Teamcenter Unified based applications.
- Must have strong communication skills, worked in global teams, led/coordinated PLM Processes Implementation activities in Teamcenter Unified/Engineering.
- Must have Strong working Knowledge on Multiple Teamcenter Modules (PSE, Access manager, Change Management, BMIDE, OTW Install etc) and working knowledge on PLM Processes (BOM, Change Management etc)
- Must have independently led & managed full cycle projects thru SDLC Process
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & PMM processes
- Working knowledge on Teamcenter Unified Configuration/Customization
