Please find below the details for the same :  Responsibilities: ▪ Lead a high performing engineering team for product roadmap development ▪ Design, build and deliver new features and products ▪ Understand the requirements and translate them into Technical specifications ▪ Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including but not limited to adherence to architectural, security and scalability standards ▪ Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them ▪ Mentor and guide the junior members in the team ▪ Share knowledge and best practices with the team Skills ▪ 8+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE using Spring. ▪ Excellent knowledge of Rest and Micro Services architecture ▪ Excellent knowledge of web-based, JEE, REST application development ▪ Strong understanding of HTML5 / VueJS/ ReactJS and Javascript ▪ Knowledge of J2EE & OO Design Patterns ▪ Proficiency in No-SQL. ▪ Knowledge of Elastic Search. Redis and MongoDB is a Plus. ▪ Knowledge of AWS is preferred ▪ Knowledge of distributed code repository management tools like GIT ▪ Exposure to Maven, CI/CD, and JIRA desirable ▪ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills ▪ Experience in Agile development methodology like Scrum and Test Driven Development ▪ Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers). ▪ A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
