Experience in designing and developing highly scalable applications in a fast paced environment. Experience in porting .Net based application to Java/J2EE platform. Experience with creating technical / functional requirements document and be able to understand development tasks from previously created technical documents. Ability to understand the existing product and support it. Ability to write SQL queries stored procedures and create reports. Ability to perform administrative operation on the SQL server such as data migration etc. Strong server side coding and SOA experience. Experience with Agile Development / Scrum Methodologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
