Creating and owning High Level Design and architecture for the applications 2. Pre-sales support – Technical solution & estimation 3. Imparting technology training to team members 4. Executing POC/POTs, Exploring new technology 5. Writing Whitepapers. 6. Technology Consulting to project teams - Guide the Java leads and developers technically 7. Experience working in Java COE / Practice 8. Help is creating Java practice roadmap - technology, resources, etc. 9. Conduct technical trainings 10.
