For their Indian Captive IT Development Centre which support all 90 countries where they operate in the world, they are looking for  Position : Senior SQL Developer : (5 positions) Location : M.G.Road, Bangalore CTC : Best in the Industry   The Developer (SQL) position will collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable technology solutions. This position will plan, architect, design, program, implement and maintain technology solutions and supports management identify, define and implement the most strategic technology initiatives. Will foster effective executive level relationships and routinely act as subject matter experts assisting the account management, development and project managers in definition and development of solutions and provides strong technical leadership and architectural guidance in the delivery of our solutions. Will maintain extensive development group relationships and drive technical readiness around all teams by mentoring developers and contractor staff and sharing best practices.   DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:   Shape and develop the organization enterprise architecture strategy with solutions and technology Provide architectural quality assurance over project delivery. Work with stakeholders to align technology to their business needs and provide architectural guidance Provide technical community leadership within the applications development teams around specific and reusable solutions Work with stakeholders to align technology solutions to their business opportunities Identify solution system interfaces, constraints, scope, cost, risks, value and recommendations for improvements. Document business, information, application and technology aspects of approach Provide architectural quality assurance over project delivery Developed Architect Talent Pipeline and Technical Community and provide technical community leadership. Will coach and mentor consultants and developers and architects. Authors decisions relating to standards and practices.  Responsible for tools and frameworks used by the group. Provide technical solution guidance project management. Develop business and market solutions and strategies. Align with and support Product and Marketing Strategy teams. Database management/monitoring, query performance tuning and optimization.    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: · Demonstrated technical ideas on architecting solutions. · Deep architectural understanding of databases. · Ability to learn and resolve complex design solutions. · Ability to analyze different types of databases. · Proficiency with TSQL, MS SQL Server 2008 and above · Proficiency of relational database concepts (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces etc.). · Experience in Relational and Dimensional Modeling · Complete mastery of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements. · Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives. · Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high­priority projects with varying deadlines. · Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high­priority projects with varying deadlines. · Ability to effectively manage implementation of enhancements, change requests, and releases across multiple, competing, high­ priority projects with varying deadlines · Strong interpersonal skills and customer and results orientation and ability to achieve results under limited direction. · Ability to quickly learn other applications such as change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.
