Certification is a plus. • Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration patterns with focus on Messaging, Orchestration, Transformation, Enrichment, Routing, Caching, Queuing etc., • Proficiency in Core Java and a good understanding in Spring Framework, preferably in Spring Boot. • Expertise in API based integration with sound design experience of RESTful services, SOAP and XML-RPC. • Experience building Java applications using commercial and open source frameworks. • Expert knowledge of Java 8, JVM ecosystem. • Proficiency in build, packaging tools like Maven, Gradle etc.., • Strong expertise in SOA, OOD, design patterns, and programming principles. • In depth knowledge of distributed systems and concepts. • Good understanding of distributed message systems (ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ). • API design and implementation (remote vs local APIs, routing and reverse proxying, load balancing, optimization techniques). • Comfortable to operate in an agile, dynamic environment.
