Job summary/Job title: DotNet Architect
Total Experience: 9 to 15 Years
Location: Bangalore, India

Who are we looking for?
Resource with good knowledge of IT ecosystems/ business processes that are present in enterprise products / projects and well versed in playing mediator between business teams and technical teams.
Technical Skills:
• Proven expertise in developing web / mobile / smart-intelligent applications in highly technical and agile product / service organizations.
• Core .Net framework and Microsoft based services expertise / LAMP stack architecture expertise / Full Stack Web Application architecture and design intermediate to advanced level competency
• Fluency in PHP, Java, Spring, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, OAuth, XML and JSON / Experience with microservices and building Multi-Tenant SaaS applications.
• Familiarity in designing, developing using Spotify organizational models (Tribes & Squads) with disruptive digital technologies (Mobile, Cloud, Cognitive, Experience, Analytics)
• Ownership and ability to deliver product and program roadmap outcomes
• Have worked with A/B tests and iterative product design
• Demonstrated experience with open source products and legacy platforms
• Familiarity with AWS product offerings and proper implementation
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Experience in structuring the solution approaches in a very agile organizational context
• Prior delivery experience using virtual teams (global locations)
• Strong delivery experience with any of the Scaled Agile models (SAFe, Less, Spotify, Scrum etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Team builder and proven expertise in working together in a highly matrixed organization (IT Service Provider)
• Own delivery of end-to-end product / module as a development engineer in product delivery
• Should be able to lead the team and communicate with client tech team & leadership.
• Good to have experience of product engineering. Should have experience in Unit testing
• Good to have experience of product engineering.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Prepare effort estimates for design and development.
Mandatory Skills:
- Looking for a candidate who have strong experience as .Net Architect
Process Skills:
• Should be able to follow industry best processes
• Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work
Behavioral Skills:
• Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
• Should have very good communication.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
• Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience in.Net Development
• Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
• .Net Development Certification will be added advantage
