Required Candidate Skills for a Software Engineer:
A thorough understanding of data virtualization and associated technologies is preferable.
Fluency in SQL is mandatory.
Fluency in Java and Java script.
Solid knowledge of the Eclipse IDE or web- based frameworks using REACT or DOJO.
Solid knowledge of server/agent communication protocols.
Experience with SSL and implementing security certificates.
Experience with the Agile development method.
Knowledge of fundamentals of databases and working experience with either hierarchical or Relational databases is mandatory - Db2 LUW, Oracle, Big SQL, Mongo DB.
Prior experience coaching and mentoring teammates.
Willing to travel as needed.
Education Requirements:
College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
10-12 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree or 8-10 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
