This opportunity is entirely remote and freelance basis and does not require a full time engagement with the organization. We're looking for highly experienced IT professionals to get empanelled with us as technical interviewers / Panel members. This opportunity can be pursued along with your current profession. The Role you will play: -Technical Interviewer/Freelancer-Technical Interview panel - Conducting technical interviews based on matching skill sets. - Assessing candidates thoroughly on different skill sets. *Note: Interviews will be done only on our Monjin online platform. Candidates you would be assessing/interviewing: 3-8 Years of experience in bigdata, Hadoop, java Pay - out / Remuneration for each interview: The remuneration is done monthly (1st week of every month), through a NEFT/IMPS transfer. Flat pay - out* of 500 for pre - assessment. Duration 20 mins - 25 mins. * Pay - out is monthly basis and subject to 10 % TDS deduction. TDS certificates and form -16 are shared on quarterly basis. Interviews are aligned as per time slots provided / availability given by the Interviewer. * First 3 interviews will be for QC purpose for which you will not be paid. * Pay - out is flat irrespective of shortlisting or rejection of candidate by the interviewer. No minimum commitment is required to conduct number of interviews on daily / weekly / monthly basis. Interviews are aligned as per time slots provided / availability given by the Interviewer. Availability time slots can be provided anytime between 8 AM - 11 PM (IST) including weekdays and weekends. No additional pay out for pre-assessment interviews exceeding beyond 25 mins.
