Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience delivering multiple moderate to complex technical solutions at the enterprise level and an understanding of the foundational cycles of solution implementation.
Experience conducting requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
Experience reviewing both functional and technical designs.
Facilitate large group meetings with diverse sets of project stakeholders.
Design and analyse the impact of the new feature on the existing functionality of the product.
debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support.
Create and validate the data design and flows across and between the core and digital technologies for the digital stack
Review & Document Current and future states of architecture, data flow and integration (based on current architecture decisions).
Review existing architecture documentation, validate and create a library
Complete architecture documentation to support standards and build out a plan of release candidates and aligned with program and release plans
Partner with Business Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Development and Technical Support to resolve issues that arise during customer trials, integrations, or postimplementation support.
Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Review configurations with other Professional Service team members to ensure quality and accuracy to requirements.
Experience:
At least 10+ years' experience designing and developing large scale, mission critical and high availability Mulit-Tier Web and Mobile Stacks.
Minimum of 7 years' experience with Internet technologies including TCP/ IP, HTTP, DNS and web servers.
