Job Description â€" Associate Team Lead/Team Lead (Software Development)
The Associate Team Lead will be part of an Order Management System product development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The ATL/TLwill provide technical and team leadership through hands on delivery, coaching and mentorship.
Duties and Responsibilities

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices.
Collaborate with developersand architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on Microsoft technologies.
Assist in the documentation, estimates and work plans.
Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Skills and Experience
Around 10 years of total experience as a Senior Software Developer/ATL/TL
Experience in handling team.
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Proficient with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#, WCF, REST, WebAPI, LINQ and EF
Experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS and Angular JS
Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies
Added Advantage
Prior experience in a technical leadership position
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
Experience in ecommerce environment
3+yrs,of work experience working as team lead- The one who are Designated as Team Lead can apply
