JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are excited to add a few Software Architects to our IP Engineering Organization.As a Software Architect you will be providing vision in setting the technical direction for all software development projects. You will be involved in designing, development and maintenance of software applications. We are looking for experienced engineers who can introduce new concepts, suggest innovative approaches, review requirements, lead technical analysis, produce prototypes and make solution requirements. You will be responsible for developing the overall technical design, in alignment with the defined guidelines for applications and consistent with the requirements. Passionate software engineers who are focused on continuous improvement would be the ideal fit for these roles.
Education
Basic
Bachelors degree/Masters Degree (Computer Science/Information Science)
Experience managing small to medium sized team (2-10) of associates.
At least 8 years of experience in software development using C#.NET and JAVA
At least 2 years of experience in designing large scale software application.
Preferred
Healthcare IT background
At least 1 year experience in agile development methodologies
Experience of 1 year using Project Management tools
Expectations
Ability to learn and apply new technical skills and concepts quickly
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to mentor team members
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
