Job Description We are looking for Tech Lead responsible for design, development and formulate the architectural direction and standard of the Banks document processing system. Should be hands on with Python, Python Frameworks and Kubernetes Openshift platform. Primary focus will be development of all server-side logic definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Hands-on experience on building front-end technologies is necessary as well. Responsibilities -Formulate, design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards. - Ensure that designs are performant, scalable, resilient and align to appropriate recoverability pattern. - Responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring, direction, and training to application development resources. - Identifies and quantifies risk, makes recommendations for risk mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate anticipated risk to management promptly and properly. - Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards and quality levels. - Prepare technical design options; consult with hardware and software technicians on options and strategies. - Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic - Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code - Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Implementation of security and data protection - Integration of data storage solutions and API Gateways Skills and Qualifications - Strong proficiency with Python, JavaScript and REGEX - Ability to build and consume API - Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds - Good understanding of server-side templating languages - Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors - Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3 - Understanding of container platform, such as Docker, Kubernetes and Openshift - Understanding accessibility and security compliance, user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments - Integration of APIs, multiple data sources and databases into one system - Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform - Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, knowledge in MYSQL, PostgreSQL - Implementing automated testing platforms, unit tests, and CICD - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Bitbucket - Experience in deploying on Cloud AWS (RDS, ElastiCache, EC2, Autoscaling, ALB/ELB, ECS etc.) - Familiar and working experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform If interested kindly share your updated resume to ashwini@transgnx.com or call - 8939990249 Regards, Ashwini / 8939990249 You are receiving this e-mail because your profile contained one or more of the following words that the recruiter searched on: " "technical lead" ", " "technical leader" ", " "Tech Lead" " Is this job relevant to you?
