Job Title: Product Development Lead/Technical Lead
Experience Level: 10 - 12/+ yrs
Work Location: Bengaluru
Technical Skills: Java, Spring, Angular JS, UI/UX concepts, Jira, SQL
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete Product Development Lifecycle from initiation and planning through implementation and delivery
Define and shape development architecture, framework, and tools
Manage and develop Team of developers. Lead, mentor and motivate Team members to maximize their potential, to delive r high quality software and continually improve the development process
Review designs of Team members for efficiency and adherence to coding, quality, functionality, performance, scalability and on-time delivery standards
Accelerate development by coding features and filling in any gaps to meet the business needs
Manage, coordinate and control the delivery of tools and features. Ensure uptime and scalability of platform
Ensure software releases are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality
Collaborate with Leadership Team to continuously manage trade-offs between scope, resources and time during the development lifecycle
Manage project budget and prepare financial analysis reports for Top Management
Requirements:
Experience leading and mentoring a mid-to-large team of software engineers (5 -10 s/w engineers)
Experience building scalable products using Java framework
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Team Lead / Manager
A flexible self-starter who thrives on the challenges of working with new and varied technologies
Team Player with a collaborative work style, strong communication, organizational & analytical skills and an aptitude for learning and embracing change
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree desirable
