JD Roles & Responsibilities: Play a dynamic leadership role in our fast-paced growth environment and will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions to complex architecture problems and delivering real enterprise-class solutions. As the owner for the architecture and technical delivery the candidate effectively works as technical leader of the engagement, wearing multiple hats from lead architect and developer on the most complex elements of the product to technical team leader to solution evangelist ensuring the technical differentiation and quality of the delivery. • Hands on Experience in Microsoft.NET and related technologies and Core NET Internals • Creating solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer’s enterprise/global requirements • Leading a team of Software Engineers to apply software engineering practices and implement automations across all elements of solution delivery • Manage accountability of team members, with pinpoint focus on quality, personally accountable for resolution of the most technically challenging issues • Achieving an expert level understanding of our customers’ environments and the tools they used. Impart the knowledge to the teams Good understanding of multi-tier architecture and web server technology Mandatory Skills: • Prior experience of architecting and implementing multi-tier enterprise/web applications using Microsoft .net technologies. • Hands on development experience on .Net Technologies • Microsoft Stack of Technologies (Specifically .NET 4+) • C# • ASP.NET MVC4+, Web 2.0 and related tools • SQL Server • Azure Storage and Services • WPF, WCF, Soap or Rest web services • Experience with Microsoft Security mechanism (Certificates, Claims, Public/Private Keys, Token based Authentications, Azure Services, Security groups, AD, ADFS) • Experience with distributed architectures • Designing the features as per industry best practices; good understanding of Object Oriented programming • Good understanding of Design and Architectural Patterns and apply them in day to day work • Excellent debugging skills • Experience of leading and mentoring multiple teams Preferred Skills: • Good analytical and problem solving skill • Good customer handling skills • Good communication skills Exp: 9-12 Years job location: Bangalore If you are interested please send me your profile along with below details.
