Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and implementing state of the art software solutions with ability to own and drive a task, desire to act as a lead on a task force.
Defines Product, System, Components objectives by analysing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis is desired.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Ensuring full compliance with relevant work practices, as required by authorities for medical device product development
Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system.
Demonstrate Danaher values and adopt DBS tools across team.
III. Requirements for this position (“What†the candidate can do)
a) Formal Education
Four-year-degree (BE/BTech) in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent.
b) Must Have†Competencies / Skills / Experience
8-12 years of software development experience with 5+ years in VB
Must have strong skills in VB and C#. Optional experience with Software design aspects would be added advantage but not essential.
Hands-on experience with MS tools and technologies such as Visual Studio, Nunit unit testing and mocking framework.
Experience of working in agile development methodologies with understanding of several aspects of SW development processes.
Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Technical knowledge and experience, ideally in areas of software development for clinical and medical device development.
c) Language
Good in English written and negotiation

Travel ~10%

You will be part a of a software development team of 12 professionals where you will have the responsibility for developing new and maintain existing functionality in our analyzer products. Your work will happen I close corporation with Radiometer’s R&D team in Denmark.
We work with lean and agile methodologies and utilizing the power of backlogs, scrum boards, standup meeting, burndowns and retrospectives in our daily work
