Positions:Technology Manager
Primary Skill : Technology Leadership, People Management, Delivery Management, Finance & Stakeholder Management,
Application development with .Net/MS BI technologies
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10-15 years
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
At least 11+ years IT experience with Enterprise application development background.
Managerial and business expertise in the Banking/Financial domain
Ability to manage multiple project deliverables using Iterative/incremental and agile/scrum methodologies
Exposure to Development lifecycle
Knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools
Strong hands-on experience in .Net/Microsoft BI technologies
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members; strong relationship building skills.
Strong people management skills and ability to manage staff
Good knowledge and experience with quality assurance methodologies, processes, tools and testing strategies
Ability to manage resources, finances and deliverables on a variety of projects simultaneously, with changing priorities
Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Strategic thinker with strong implementation skills; highly organized and self-directed; takes initiative
