You will be payroll employee with vCentric Technologies and you deployed at ATOS Bangalore. Please find below job description. Responsibilities * Working on full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM solutions * End-to-end solution architecture of Dynamics CRM and its fitment in enterprise landscape * Architecting Dynamics CRM solution for Service industry - specifically call center implementation * Experience designing CTI-IVR integration projects on Dynamics CRM * Integration and Data Migration from various sources with Dynamics CRM * Leading a team of CRM developers Must Have Skills * Hands on experience CRM 2013, CRM 2015 , CRM 2016(Older versions will not be suitable) * Strong knowledge in XRM Development & CRM Extension is a must having proven skills of applying them into real life projects * Experience of defining CRM integration architecture of at least 2 complex Dynamics CRM projects & at least 1 project involving CTI/IVR integration with Dynamics CRM * Hands-on knowledge in delivering projects involving Dynamics CRM Unified Service Desk * In Depth knowledge of CRM SDK Services & Plugins * Profound understanding of CRM Entity & Object model * Profound knowledge of CRM 2015 integration capabilities * .Net 4.0/4.5 (WCF, MVC, ASP.Net) * Object Oriented Programming and Design patterns * Team Foundation Server or equivalent source control system * Technical solution description and documentation * Demonstrated knowledge in system upgrades, integrations and testing. * Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist * Knowledge of MS Sure Step implementation methodology Additional desirable skills * Integration with Knowledge Management system & Dynamics CRM. * Knowledge on interactive service Hub * BizTalk or other Middleware technologies used for integrations * Azure or other cloud solutions * Dynamics CRM ISV solutions * SSIS, Scribe and other data migration tools * Excellent communication skills - both written and presentation * Strong flare for innovation and research, and able to apply it to practice Please send us following below details Total Experience Relevant Experience Current Location Preferred Location C CTC E CTC NP Willing to relocate to Bangalore Thanks and Regards, Kalyan Raavi Sr IT Recruiter Mobile : 9490401342 || Board: 91.40.4455 9999 || DD: 91.40.236369925 || You are receiving this e-mail because your profile contained one or more of the following words that the recruiter searched on: " MS Dynamics CRM ", " XRM " Is this job relevant to you?
