Hi,
Iris is seeking high caliber professionals who will be responsible for managing projects and their deliverables for Iris customers. The person would be responsible for leading the technical teams and designers for software estimation and project execution. He will be involved in defining and assisting customers and Iris teams through the execution of a project by defining project blueprints, transition plans, etc.
*Strong project management skills.
*Should be able to contribute to pre-sales and org level activities.
*Should possess good knowledge on web application development concepts.
*Management oversight responsibilities:
* Keeping track of tasks, defects assigned to the team.
* Interact (in the form of meetings, phone calls, emails, instant messenger chats) with customer stakeholders
* Participate in client calls to discuss the nature, urgency and root cause of the problems and appropriately take decisions in collaboration with clients
* Working with the client teams for understanding the new and enhancement requirements
* Ensuring the on time delivery
* Identify project roadblocks, risks and mitigation plan.
* Weekly reporting the status updates to key internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinating the weekly status calls between the client and Iris stakeholders.
* Ensure timely closures of reported incidents and tasks by teams.
* Managing stakeholder expectations.
* Team handling skills
* Understanding of metrics and processes of CMMI, Estimation, SDLC, Project Planning,
* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, articulation and communication skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Have travelled to USA(not mandate)
B1 is preferred.
Education:
*A Bachelor's Degree or higher level degree is strongly preferred.
