Job Description:
Essential Oracle DBA Skills Include:
Install, configure and maintain Middleware environments including Application Servers, Web Servers,
WebLogic servers on Unix/Solaris/Windows env.
Must have sound knowledge of all/any of Oracle middleware technolgies (Weblogic 10g/11g, Oracle
Application Server 10g, Oracle SOA 10g/11g, BPEL,WSM, SOA Governance, Forms,Reports,Discoverer)
Good in Applying patches/bundles/Packs, tuning for performance & troubleshoot of middleware Environments
Maintain, monitor and tune middleware components such as JVMs, HTTP, OPMN, WSM etc.
Review, maintain and communicate middleware documentation (e.g. Release notes, technology standards and how-to documentation)
Well versed with different middleware releases.
Well versed with different deployment methodologies.
Closely Work with Oracle Global support for resolving urgent issues which includes logging and tracking issues with the Oracle Support Expertise in People Tools
Performing start/stop/refresh of middleware instances.
Experience in middl (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution).
