	Job Description
	PFB the JD for Java architect: - 12-15 years of software engineering experience in IT industry. Currently working as an Architect. - Must have extensive experience in architecting, managing and delivering end to end systems based on JAVA/J2EE stack, Design Patterns, UML etc. in a high performance environment. - Must be proficient in performance tuning/engineering, thread dump analysis, heap-dump analysis, tuning JVM parameters and load testing (LoadRunner, DynaTrace, yourkit etc.) for J2EE Systems. - Experience with the investigating and resolving of performance issues in enterprise applications. - Should be able to understand and drive solution for problems that are ambiguous/abstract in nature or not well defined. - Must have good experience/exposure in optimizing complex SQL queries on large database. - Should have good experience in code quality tools like PMD, CheckStyle, FindBug in SONAR platform. - Experience in the definition and enforcement of coding standards and development procedures. - Must have comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having thorough understanding of various phases like Requirements, Analysis, Design, Development and Testing. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are absolutely required. Effectively communicate any technical dependencies/risks. - Should have capability to provide effective inputs in solution reviews e.g. business Analysis review, System Analysis review, Architecture review, Code review etc. - Project coordination skills and leadership abilities, including the mentoring of less experienced staff in technical areas. - Participate in requirement gathering, estimating, designing, and the subsequent implementation, QA, and documentation. - Should have exposure in product knowledge transitioning, environment and infra setup etc. from technology standpoint.
