Job Profile
Job title: eCommerce / Digital Enterprise Architect
Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon
Experience : At least 10 years of total work experience, at least 3 of them as a solutions architect, technical architect or enterprise architect.
Mobility: Intensive travel to customer and partner sites. Travel willingness of 80% of the time.
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for defining, consulting and, if needed, implement the hybris architecture as well as the architecture required for hybris to communicate with external systems at large customers / projects.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Work with Customers, end users and development partners to define and assess application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value.
* Work with other architects to define the application and technical architecture structure to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as required by the customer.
* Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments.
* Lead the hybris team in technical design and implementation and ensure the end result fulfils the customer's requirements.
* Work with the customer to determine how the applications are supported in production.
Qualification:
Education:
University degree in computer science, comparable education or job experience
Professional Experience:
* At least 10 years of total work experience, at least 3 of them as a solutions architect, technical architect or enterprise architect.
* Experience in designing transactional websites is a must
* Experience with eCommerce is a must
* Experience with omniChannel is a huge advantage.
* Deep domain knowledge in at least 2 of the following topics: Order Management Systems (OMS), CRM, Product Information Management (PIM) and Web Content Management System (WCMS)
* Broad and deep technical experience of implementing and supporting large, complex multi domain, multisite, server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment.
* Excellent knowledge in OO software architecture/design and application integration.
Job Profile:
* Sound experience in Java/JEE. Knowledge of the Java Spring framework is an advantage.
* Experience in front end technologies, UML and framework technologies
* Must be used to working to standards and have a structured approach to design.
* Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with technical and business personnel.
* Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment.
