Role : Solution Architect/Technical Architect/Architect Skill : Oracle/Workday/Peoplesoft/.net • Prior solution architecting experience is mandatory • Prior delivery experience essential • Experience of solution shaping from top tier organizations are preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills essential • Exhibit strong ability to manage various stakeholders and influence with the solution construct and decisions • Need to work hands-on and as an Individual contributor • Willing to work long and odd-hours as the work demands • Willingness to be mobile and meet client travel requirements
1. Create the solution blueprint and own the estimating, sourcing, costing and integration across enterprise. 2. Assist the Sales Leads in the development of industrialized, standardized and repeatable market relevant solutions to their clients. 3. Lead the solution, achieve internal approvals and agreed metrics 4. Update the system of record with appropriate solution details 5. Leverage assets and third party relationships in architecting solutions 6.
