Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Ø Should have sound understand on IT/Ifra/Storage/Backup understanding.
Ø Well Verse with SDLC/ITIL process.
Ø Provides appropriate job specifications.
Ø Leads project scoping.
Ø Constant follow up with vendor until call closure
Ø Request for product details and quotation from different vendors for new required IT peripherals.
Ø Effectively communicates relevant project information to brand team.
Ø Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members.
Ø Facilitates team and client meetings to review work.
Ø Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary
Ø Holds regular status meeting with project team.
Ø Reviews deliverables prepared by team before presenting to client.
Ø Ensures documents and major digital assets are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Ø Assures project legal documents (photo releases, property releases, etc.) are completed and signed.
