Technical Skills : J2EE,Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, Agile, Scrum Methodologies
Working experience in scrum/agile methodology.
Experienced in Team Handling, Client Management, Prioritizes and tracks activities effectively to meet commitments/schedules/deadlines.
Worked in various phases of projects such as Proto type, Requirements Analysis, Design, Development & Coding, Unit Testing, Maintenance, Enhancement and Production Support
Experience in technical issue resolution and understands technology aspects of applications related area of work.
Proactively handled and managed ever-changing client requirements
A very good Team leader and player with positive attitude, dedicated, enthusiastic with excellent communication, analytical and inter-personnel skills.
Roles include working from client location, gathering requirements, analysis of requirements, providing estimations, analysis of algorithms, design, problem solving, review and debugging
