Job Description:
· Proactively manage, monitor & maintain oracle production databases, interconnections and schemas for a 24/7 support of production environment.
· Good understanding of all the Oracle components and Architecture.
· Good Experienced in Database creation manually and using DBCA utility.
· Enrolling users, assigning roles and profiles, maintaining system security through monitoring user access to the database.
· Created Primary Database storage structures (Table spaces) and Primary Objects and managing Database storage structures Table spaces, monitoring the Data files space, Resizing and Adding new Data files.
· Monitor the database performance through OEM 12C.
· Migrated 10g database to 12c from windows-2003 server to windows-2008 Through EXPDP IMPDP.
· Scripts execution as per application team request.
· Experienced in Golden Gate replication management.
· Experienced in Database refresh, schema refresh and table refresh.
· Experienced in Backup strategy using hot backup and cold Backup.
· Experienced in performing the recovery of the Oracle database files in various recovery scenarios using the logical backup and Physical backup.
· Experienced in database cloning using Cold, Hot and RMAN.
· Experienced in Monitor database performance using OEM tool.
· Created database links ( Private and Public ).
· Character set Migration.
· Having experience in RAC database and RAC database backup strategy.
· Good knowledge on cluster installation and database creation on RAC environment.
