Should be able to review Test Suites for completeness/correctness . * Should be able to strategize the Testing for multiple projects . * Should be able to streamline the Testing Process for the team * Should be able to provide directions/guidance to entire QA Team * Should be able to review Testing Team's Progress * Should have prior QA Automation Experience.
