Role Responsibilities
* Lead feature teams and own overall responsibility of the release
* Design & Develop N-tier .Net applications
* Perform code & design reviews and adhere to SDLC best practices
* Creating prototypes and authoring detailed design documents
* Work with developers to deliver quality work products on-time
* Ensure production stability and ensure high availability &reliability of the systems
* Participate in Business summits to review the requirements and finalize the high level solution on new programs
* Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale with stakeholders
* Work closely with Program managers and other stakeholders to provide regular project status updates, risks & issues effectively.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 5 or more members
* Proficient on .Net techonologies - C# .Net, Winforms, EF, WPF, WCF, MVC
* Strong Design skills - OOPs, UML, Design Patterns
* Worked on Relational Databases - Sql & Oracle ( Pl/sql)
* Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
* Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
* Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
As Software Dev Sr. Advisor, you will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to Lead, design & develop solutions for Offline Sales systems. You will work closely with development teams, solution architects, Business analysts and program managers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Development.
