Your Opportunity As a technically adept, collaborative post-sales professional you'll work with other members of the Support and Managed services team to address the technical needs of customers and drive product successful consumption of our products by out customers. In addition, as a trusted advisor, you would also be responsible to understand the customers' business imperatives and work with various stakeholders within the customer's site and inside Informatica to successfully drive adoption of all the products/licenses that customers buy from Informatica. In this role, you'll serve as a counselor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to coworkers, providing advice and guidance throughout the Post-sales Adoption cycle. Whether it's an product evaluation, Post-sales implementation challenges, or addressing technical pain points, you're willing to take the time to provide deep explanations and find solutions where needed. As an influential and effective teacher, you are eager to share your knowledge and best practices and to develop and sustain an open line of communication with your supervisor and teammates. If your team members or customers are in remote locations, you are comfortable with travel in order to engage face-to-face. In addition, you have the following attributes: * An ability to rapidly understand and translate clients' business challenges and concerns into a solution oriented discussion. * Persuasive communication skills for presenting to all customer levels, from engineering managers and programmers. * Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems. Your Responsibilities You'll serve as the owner of the technical agenda with responsibility for explaining, training, analyzing and driving adoption of our products bought by our top customers. Working with Support, Services teams, Sales and partners, you'll be helping drive success of our customers, by working in conjunction with our Customer success managers for the Mission critical accounts. On a regular basis, you'll proactively engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate our products and effectively communicate the key differentiators. To set the stage for successful implementations you'll assists customers with initial product evaluations and testing. Connecting the dots between the technical requirements of a project and the business requirements is elemental to the success of this position. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Liaise with architects, technical teams, and leadership (both business and IT) across the customer's organization * Fully understand the client's project portfolio, proactively addressing emerging functional and technical requirements * Assess current and planned utilization of the Informatica Platform * Ensure proper configuration of the Informatica Platform * Identify opportunities to tune and optimize the existing Platform workload * Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities * Serve as a technical coach to your colleagues Support, professional services, product management and engineering * Constantly find ways and generate ideas to provide new value added services to our customers either through technology or delivery through managed services. ur qualification * * Expert-level knowledge of Data Integration, Data Management, Data Quality solutions, Data Architecting. Strong working knowledge of Informatica Products considered a plus. * Strong Solutions architecting background related to Databases, DI technologies or Java * Atleast 10 + years of experience working as Solutions architect/Principal engineer in pre-sales or post-sales(implementation) roles.
