Mentioned below are what skills we need for these roles; 1. We need people who are hands on Technical Architect & close to technology rather than just Enterprise Architecture level folks. 2. People should have both created and consumed web services rather than just consumption 3. They should have experience on securing web services 4. They should have experience on Identity Management using either SAML, OAuth or other protocols. 5. Rather than having product experiences e.g. TIBCO, we would prefer people who can use frameworks to build solutions ground-up e.g. using Apache Camel, Mulesoft, WSO2 etc. 6. Experience in Middleware & Queues will help. 7. Experience in caching and performance aspects would help 8. Experience in search technologies e.g. Lucene, Solr, Elastic search will help 9. Experience in TDD/ BDD using Junit, TestNG etc. will help 10. Architects with experience in building products rather than just services will also help. 11. Cloud & Mobility experience is a plus.
