Required Skills: Sr. Oracle DBA * Experience of managing multiple Oracle 10,11g standalone and RAC production databases 5+ years of experience with Oracle in an Fortune 500 level enterprise environment strongly preferred 3+ years on Unix platforms experience with Linux required Well versed with all advanced features of Oracle including RAC, GoldenGate, Oracle Streams and Data Guard Knowledge of DB Tools/Utilities (e.g., Toad, Enterprise Manager(12c), Utilities, SQL Developer) Understanding of industry best practices pertaining to Oracle Strong troubleshooting and proactive analytical skills to ensure minimum downtime of production databases Thorough understanding of Oracle connectivity at a logical and physical level Must have proven ability to follow priorities and timelines Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work independently or as an integral member of a team Manage the coordination of 3-4 member team in Offshore on a daily basis. Coordinate with the client DBA teams, Development teams, Operations team and work with the Onsite lead and managers. Experience deploying and supporting Exadata preferred Strong knowledge in Oracle 11g. Experience with Oracle 12c highly desirable. DB2 experience is a plus.
