Key Skill set required
* Experience with SharePoint 2013, Nintex, and Office 365 solutions highly desired.
* Candidate must have ASP .NET and client web development (XML, XSL, ASP .NET, AJAX, HTML, Java Script) knowledge.
* Experience with ASP.Net, specifically C#, n-tier development, and XML/JSON based web services, .Net framework 3.5/4.0/4.5, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010, InfoPath
* Able to customize web sites using SharePoint Designer 2010/2013, Design and develop field Controls using C#/.Net for SharePoint projects. Custom site definition, templates, UI, Custom web parts, SharePoint2007/2010 Branding, Custom web parts, User Control, Features Deployment, experience in Business Data Catalog, Excel Services, Custom Workflows, Custom Lists, Custom Content Type, Custom Site etc.
* The candidate should also have advanced knowledge of business workflows and an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010/2013, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2010/2013
* Able to work on SharePoint dashboard, Dundas, Cognos, BI analysis graphs, scorecard controls integration and Nintex workflow with SharePoint 2010/2013 portal, SharePoint designer workflow, Visual Studio work flows ( state machine, sequential)
* Should have good understanding of architectural improvements in SharePoint 2013.
* Should have experience with Collaboration Portals, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Search and Business Intelligence.
* Candidate having SharePoint architectural certifications would get more preference.
