Job Description: Sharepoint TA Person should have at least 10+ years of experience in designing & developing Large scale Web applications using Sharepoint 2007 or above & ASP.NET with C# preferably with the below criteria. Mandatory skills:- * Proven web application design and architecture skill is mandatory * Better understanding of Sharepoint Server Architecture (2007 or above) * Strong experience in Sandboxed solution using VS.NET 2010 or above * Extensive exposure in Custom Webpart development & BCS * Experience on Powelshell scripts and Sharepoint admin activities * Good Hands-on experience in Asp.NET/ C# applications * Good experience in Client side frameworks like JQuery, Angular, DOJO etc * Good exposure on different automation strategy * Better understanding of TFS in project management context * Strong logical and analytical skills * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated experience in translating Functional specs into Technical designs * Be a key mentor to improve functional and technical skills of team members who need the knowledge * Take initiatives to add value to the organization/department/project with new innovations * Act up to client satisfaction as one of the most important objectives Roles And Responsibilities: * Perform the role of Technical Expert across the teams/projects * Should be able to carry out independent requirement analysis and estimation * Should be able to prepare high / low level design * Should be able to perform development independently on client and server related .NET technologies * Should be able to provide technical guidance and support to the team on challenging matters and crisis like situations. * Should be able to mentor and ramp up the team effectively. * Should be able to take ownership of a Project / Module and execute it effectively.
