We are looking for IT, Analytics & Finance experienced candidates with good communications skills for our Hyderabad Centre (job location)

Sr. Analyst - Auditing and Reporting (Exp: 5+ years): Experience/ demonstrated ability to work with MS Office, Active Directory, Sun Identity Manager or an equivalent Identity Management system. Working knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle DB. Working knowledge of SOX IT-404 TOD/ TOE including Roll Forward Testing exercises. An understanding of basic Six Sigma tools and processes, HPA/ Special Privilege revalidation. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent. Analyst - IT Security Administration (Exp: 5+ years): Experience on user id administration and access controls/ resource authorization requests across multiple environments/ systems. Thorough understanding of Identity Access Management fundamental concepts. Working knowledge of Sun IdM/ Sailpoint IIQ, Mainframe, AS400, UNIX and Active Directory, RSA VPN/ Remote Access. RSA and Six Sigma Certification a plus. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent. Analyst - Marketing / Collections/ Operations/ Risk (Exp: 2-5 years): • Hands on experience in: SAS Programming (Base, SQL and Macros) / SAS BI – Dash-boarding Working with multiple data sources (i.e. Excel, Oracle DB, Text files etc.), ability to query and summarize large volumes of data Creating key performance indicator summaries using SAS, Excel, BI and Power Point Providing insights looking at data trends using proven analytical or statistical techniques like Hypothesis Testing, Trend Analysis, Forecasting and Regression etc. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Experience with BFSI domain is preferred. Master’s degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics. MBA Finance, B.E/ B.Tech, MCA Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (Exp: 4+ years): Accounting: Closing & Reporting - US GAAP. Account Reconciliations. Transactional Accounting (Cash application, AP, AR, FA). Bachelors/ Masters degree in accounting with some roles needing CPA/ CA/ CWA certifications. FP&A: Financial reporting & analysis. Pricing analysis, budgeting and month end closing. Knowledge of Oracle/ Hyperion. MBA/ CA/ CPA.
