Salary- Negotiable
Location- Bangalore

Requirements:
*Technically Hands-on Coding, Algorithm,design and write Architecture
*Expert knowledge in Java, Oracle SQL and a wide range of internet technologies such as XML, HTML, PKI, and J2EE
*Broad expertise in business domain knowledge, ideally in procurement and payment processing
*Expertise in architecting large OLTP applications using one or more of development
*technologies such as JEE, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, MQ, XML, Web Services, JavaScript, SOA,
*Hibernate, Drools, JBPM, Oracle , MySQL, TIBCO, ETL, Messaging/MQ/MSMQ, WebServices.
*J2EE, Spring, Hibernate based application architecture
*RDBMS, SQL, Data Modeling
*Experience developing high concurrency, high performance applications that are database-intensive and have interactive, browser-based clients.
*Experience in Complex / Enterprise applications, experience in Product space and expertise in DB and Transaction Management.
*Understanding of web-based SOA architecture implementation experience is useful.
*On-demand or SaaS experience is a plus.
*Proficient with UML and Design Patterns
*Good understanding of BigData, Hadoop, MapReduce
*Good understanding of RIA/Ajax frameworks
*Good to Have: jaxb, castor, spring-ws, spring-security, annotations, jms, open source, SOA, SaaS.
*Economy in design and where possible, elegance
*Creative solutions that exceed/supersede direct requirements
*Proven experience with working in fast paced, small teams that follow flexible and adaptive
*methodologies. Independent and self initiative in driving development and technical process improvement

*expertise in Performance Testing of Web Services including creation of Performance Test Plan & Test Strategy, Performance Tuning of applications, Java Design Patterns, etc
*Optional/Preferred Skills - Oracle Service Bus or any other ESB, Oracle Coherence, Oracle Identity Management
