Requirements  At least 8-10 years experience in Mobility Solution.  Experience in handling team (minimum team size 20) - IOS / android.  Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.  Experience in requirement analysis, feasibility study, projects planning, scheduling, effort estimation, team management, and stakeholder relationship.  Recent experience in designing and implementing native mobile application.  Strong understanding and preferably hands on in mobile application development technologies Android/IOS/WM etc.  Should have Mobile UI and mobile product development experience. Responsibilities  Serve as primary point of contact for mobile apps (IOS/Android) team.  Delivering Mobility Strategy and help in define Mobile Architecture.  Working in close-co-operation with engineers, product team, user experience specialists, testers, and technical developers (Android, IOS) to deliver world-class mobile applications.  Effort estimation and Product development planning.  Develop and publish project plans and development timelines.  Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.  Coordinate with dependent engineering teams to engage resources and integrate dependencies into project plans  Enforce project schedule with project team members.  Providing technical support to technical team. Qualifications:  4-5 years of managerial experience.  Good understanding of Mobile application framework.  Minimum 4-5 years on core mobile platform - IOS OR android development.  Should have a very strong understanding of how mobile impacts business/consumers.
